Seriously, all you need is to fit a big launcher enough. And you can if you want to. I'm not talking about it being efficient or good or anything. Just asking if it was allowed. A webbified frigate makes a cute lill target for a Torpedo. Or maybe you consider webbies to be "ECM" which they are not if you go technical 
Care to elaborate on the special drone thing? Sounds interesting

A webber is not ECM. It's Propulsion Jamming. And putting Heavy launcher on a frigate for a torp? Nah. I'll take two cruise missiles for the win, Alex.

Boo, I'm stupid. I read 14th and never really paid attention to the time. When I read 1am I thought end of 14th not the start (so really 15th  ), doh!
Did it happen then, was it any good, are we gonna have a repeat? This kinda reminds me of that football match (soccer for all those of you who fail to see that football suggests you use your feet and not your hands ) that took place on Christmas day 1914 between the English and the Germans, before they went back to fighting on th 26th.

Yes I am Scottish....but I am pretty sure that it was an English regiment involved. I could be wrong, but I don't think any Scots were in the game.
If it makes you feel any better I can say that the Germans won the football match as always though
