Well, I wish to increase standing with Minmatar republic. The only way I know is doing storyline missions I get afther 12 regular missions. Is there any other way to increase it, like doing ded-s or ratting and what is the best way and fastest (its rather slow anyway, but...  )???

cosmos missions help too you can run the gallente and min cosmos agents

Run missions for Minmatar or Gallente, and you'll increase Factional standings with both. (Derived standings) If your missions involve killing Amarr ships, then your Minmatar rating will rise. (and your Amarr standings will plummet) Similar deal with Caldari and Gallente.
The storyline missions every 16 missions normally give the most Factional standings.
Running mission for a Faction decreases your standings with the opposing Faction.

So if we want to operate POS in HI SEC (0.5), our corp need 5.00 faction standing? This is a lot of missions to do, especially if all corp member don't do missions.

Killing opposing faction ships does NOT raise faction standings.

Tnx, for that last one. Well my friend spend most of his time in Deltole in ded and he is not that experienced in mission runing, but it seams that he has nice standing towards Gallente federation. Is it possible that you increase you standing towards race, by killing ratts? A lot of ratts?

The storylines are every 16 missions. Also check the sig.

So, if someone has bad standing against fraction, like mine with Amarr is -3.18, does that mean that I wont be able to enter High security amarr space or what?

-5 and they start shooting you. If your not happy with that you may want to run some Caldari missions to bring up your Amarr standing. I believe at -2 you cannot use agents of that faction so you won't be able to run missions for them directly.
-5 to one and -2 to all allies and your stuffed. The Sansha, Raider, Gurista trinity are a real pain for that.
I do so dislike that raising standings with one faction can potentially lock you out of several others. I can murder people for months, slave away grinding up sec status, and suddenly the DED love me gain, but miff the Angels and they hates you forever. There should be a way, as or even more painful than sec grinding, to get back on a factions goodside.

Tnx Daelin, you helped me a lot. I didnt know this. I have -3.18 with amarr and -1.78 with caldari so I would be stuffed real soon without reading your post. On my way for caldari missions.
