We did some of the favorite quotes from movies, now whats your favorite movie? (Excluding Pron )
Mine would have to be Blackhawk down. I've probably watched that movie 100+ times and it never gets boring. One of the very few war movies done right.

The Jabberwocky one of my fave films.
Also XXX was a really good film when I saw it in the cinema but on DVD its got less impact...Excaliber is a great film, love those sword and scorcery types :P

Waterworld was pretty good despite what the critics said.
Anything with Dennis Hopper is fun.

Platoon, Full Metal Jacket, Hamburger Hill, Starship Troopers are some of my favourites, meaning I watch them regularly.
But my all time favourite, a movie that still stands out though it's a bit old, a movie no other movies can compete with is The Longest Day. If you haven't seen it, I suggest you do, it's really a great movie.

All the good old movies are great too - Indiana Jones, Predator, Alien, Commando, all the Bond movies, and I always remember loving the Sinbad "claymation" movies as a kid.

Lots of people like death/kill movies out there.
The film that moved me the most (when I was a teenager) was Mask with Cher and Eric Stoltz...
Very moving film.

do you mean "Amelie"? if so, yes that's good and so is Delicatessen. French Films are generally quite good - check out Irreversible, and the Taxi series, also Un Monde Presque Paisible.

And Sean O'Connery? Who's he? Sean Connery's Irish cousin? heh.
Anyone mentioned Ferris Bueller's Day Off yet? I think I'd actually like to see a sequel. Wonder where Ferris is now?
