Because some people still think CCP should get off their butts and make the game work like it's supposed to. Only an idiot would consider it reasonable to ignore the market (Jita = cheap) and think about the game's deficiencies first when making a choice ingame (i.e. where to buy). We're players, not CCP support people...

Well, the two main flaws to your argument:
1.) Jita is quite often not the cheapest place to buy stuff. It is not hard to find better deals.
2.) Welcome to the world of finite technology. Even if Every single node was dedicated to Jita, (which wouldn't even work), it would still have a certain amount it could hold comfortably. And then people would pile in until it doesn't work again, and then act like they've done nothing. They have done lots for it, you people just keep piling more and more in there.
Jita is a player-created problem, with a player solution.

It is cheapest more often than not and if people use eve-central.com, Jita usually is the cheapest place (and there is no other convenient way to search the whole market, even if this one is affected by many more people using it near Jita than elsewhere).

The Jita population grows slower than the CPU speeds increase, the same goes for CCP's "records". EVE can't even keep up with that and for years it hasn't been possible to even use the market reliably in Jita. It really isn't hard to make damn market game for 500 people, it's been done for 10s of thousands simultaneous users.

Well then, I do suppose you know about the coming hardware upgrades? In essence, Eve going from a cluster of computers to a small supercomputer, and having node resources being able to shift dynamically. I'm sure that's them not doing anything about the "problem."
And I just take it you've never been to Oursalaert, Rens, Amarr, or any of the other hubs.
As far as the rest goes, you just same to not have very much of an idea of what the actual problem is. So, I suggest you go to Manhattan and then complain that the Mayor isn't doing anything about traffic because it still exists on the Island.
I'm pretty sure CCP does not have to have a fix for "stupidity" and "lemming syndrome".

They have done nothing that worked in the past 3 years. Vague announcements are just that until the problem is dealt with.

You're just trolling ... and you're really bad at it. You know just as well as I do that 500 people in Jita should not be a problem for a game whose makers are constantly bragging about 41k peak users and such. You can make ignorant troll posts about alliance warfare not working because it affects a small minority, but if market hubs aren't even working, what is?
