Quite apart from that the pub is a stone's throw (well 5 minute walk) of the Tower of London - I don't think parking is really going to be cheap, the pub itself has no car park as far as I remember. If you do need to drive I'd recommend parking at a further out tube station and getting a tube to tower hill.
