You chose not to use them, mission wasn't that important after all. While I have not been playing as long as you have, I too have always wondered and complained about High Sec Agents sending you into Low Sec space to make a delivery... As a Mission Runner I try to pick my agents carefully to avoid this, but I can't seem to pick the storyline agents... and they seem to like to go out of their way to send me to some system many jumps away in a short period of time (for the bonus) that is infested with those who are so enamored of shooting other people... I guess I will continue to decline these missions out of habit, as I have no desire to test the locking speed of anyone... --------*****-------- It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but it doesn't take any to just sit there with a dumb look on your face.

If you get a mission in low sec, decline it instead of accepting it, you shouldn't get a faction hit as long as you don't do this more than once in four hours.
