Phoenix Pryde Caldari 3-I Area 42	Posted - 2007.12.17 20:06:00 - [1] The item to be auctioned is a Leviathan class Titan TRUST is the oldest super-capital producer/seller in Eve, and i am proud to set this new milestone of a public Titan offering. Over 20 months ago, on the 31st of march 2006 TRUST launched Eve's first playerbuilt Mothership. Since then countless ones have been sold in public auctions and direct trades. It was time to take one step up again, and to offer the largest of spacefaring behemoths, a Titan. The auction details are as follows: Start bid and reserve: 95 Billion ISK Minimum bid increment: 5 Billion ISK Auction end date: Wednesday, the 26th of december 2007 at 22:00 Eve Time Sniper time of 15 minutes. The ship will be supplied with rigs / capital / T2 fittings of the customers choice and jump fuel. Additional information: The final deal will happen in the same fashion as all our MS trades. Upon inspection at a POS the customer pays the full amount in advance. Following that he is handed over the titan. The location will have to be agreed upon with the customer. (3rd Party use: Normally i prefer to keep it simple and trade directly. On two occasions however customers already involved Chribba, so if necessary he would be acceptable as 3rd party. Preferable would be a direct deal however, since i think our reputation isnt short of anybody elses.) Disclaimer: Alt forum bids will be ignored. Due to the nature of the sale ingame direct bids will be accepted. However also these may not come from alts. In the case of such ingame bids i will either grant an 'alt' of the bidder to bid, or take the bid down and state it myself here in this thread. I reserve the right to turn down offers or to end the auction prematurely. The 2 bidders withdrawing left it in the unfortunate state of Krall being the only bidder at 115b. Due to that he was offered it for 110b which was the previous valid bid. He did not accept that offer. I not whitdraw my bid, i take position of the last valid bidder, and is funny becouse last valid bidder is base price. (i not need to honour 115b and relaunch or cover fake/invalid bidder) Cause there is no valid bidder behind me, on all normal auction when a bid gonna be invalidated,u not need to cover it whit a relaunch, i need to pay 115 for what? who i cover whit my relaunch ? no one? And this is common sense and logic for auction, or someone can relaunch whit 10 fake account, than whitdraw and anyway last true bidder need to pay and cover all this fake relaunch. (this is rules of real auction ) If u not honour this who tell to people on future u not have 10 fake bidder, bid and whitdraw, only for raise price, than u charge last true bidder to cover all that fake/invalid relaunch ? After our chat i see only u are not that trust u wanna show, u are not able to honour your baseprice, and wanna charge me for cover a not valid bidder, whit +10bl. You forgot an apostrophe on your contraction, you need a comma before the word 'but' for separation of the introductory clause, and you have a comma splice with 'bids are bids'. Try correcting your sentence structure before you criticize others.

And also, in auctions where you CAN Withdraw a bid, ( that I have seen ) the last good biid is indeed knocked down to the last withdrawn bid. You basically tried to scam my corp mate out of a few billion. When he wouldnt let you, you said no sale.
