DaiTengu Gallente GoonFleet GoonSwarm	Posted - 2007.12.19 05:09:00 - [1] The Great Eve War, as it has been called, can really only end one way, and it will cause the complete downfall of this game we play called Eve Online. I will explain. Band of Brothers has been beaten back into a small area of the space they once owned, they are under attack from 80% of Eve at this point, and really can't hold out. Eventually their leadership will give in, crumble, and stop playing the game. Once this happens, RSF and friends will have no one to fight. They will begin to bicker amongst themselves, and eventually a full civil war will erupt. Goonswarm will begin to turn on allied corporations. KOS will most likely be first up against the wall when the revolution comes, however as both Vile Rat and Steve decide they've had enough, Alctel will take over diplomacy for the swarm. Alctel will manage to upset someone in RA, and a full blown conflict will erupt between the two megapowers. TCF at first will stay out of the conflict, preferring to build their fleet up, however alliances will begin to choose sides. TCF will eventually side with RA, bringing goonfleet full circle. They will become BoB, and die like BoB. This is not the end though, The Second War as it will be called by historians will go on for a long time, with each faction hiring out Mercenaries against each other. This will cause some strife between the residents of Period Basis, creating wounds that will not heal. The fighting will eventually move from the front lines back to Period Basis, and the Mercenaries will implode in a spectacular display of drama. Meanwhile, Goonfleet, having been under siege by various RA allies will have been pushed back to Scalding Pass, and the KZF/28y systems. Goonfleet will be down to about 50 active members, as will RA. They will become tired of fighting, and have moved on to other things. This is when the suprise comes. In the last battle for 28y, The Angel Cartel will show up in a Titan and doomsday the entire system. The Angels, having been nothing but cannon fodder for these alliances for so long will blob the system with thousands upon thousands of their battleships, frigates, cruisers, haulers, and the like. The lag for the players will be unbearable, causing the nodes to crash and burn like never before. The remaing goons, TCF, and RA members will log off in frustration, and never return. The Angels will win The Great War. It is inevitable. -Tengu

The Angels do not suffer from lag in the game as we do. They take advantage of it at every oppurtunity. I myself have fallen victim to their lagsploits as they destroyed my shiny new Megathron after I warped to a belt during the battle for ZID some months ago.

It isn't about goonswarm, bob, RA, TCF, or anyone. This is about the threat that every single one of our alliances face. both Groon and Theta Squad have spent much time in Eve fighting the Angel Hoard. They are weaklings in small groups, however when they blob, there's no stopping them.
