You can join channel EVE University from anywhere  . Distance learning works great in EVE. Excursion into low sec are also possible if you can make sure that your colleagues don't shoot our students to bits

Something that will eventualy happen unless CCP helps you out in this area......

maniac, convo me ingame, our agent runners have received numerous (like a ton) basic bps that are'nt worth anything to the outside world but could very well be used in your school by students.
Foundation will be happy to support your school has best as it can.

I often get contacted on Eve stuff, setups mining PVP, NPC hunting. I dont mind being contacted about setups. I been in Top Mega corps, pirated solo and in pirate corps i would say i have some good experiance.

Very nice idea, if you are going to contact skillz about this, we kinda hang out in the same area. Perhaps some sort of low sec training ground could be settled there, would be more then happy to give some tips and pointers on PVP or take a bunch out on a hunting trip every now and then.

Well, if you can use cruise missiles, caldari or minmatar frigate III, warp scrambling, webbing and tracking disruption. You can have a lot of fun in 0.0
You do know that taking a bs down with frigs is like a headshot with the Glock 17 in CounterStrike. I just wanted to let you know this because CounterStrike in eve is more fun than SIMS in eve.
