THIS IS AN OPEN LETTER TO MOLLE.
I am not a diplomat and, as such, I am not fully conversant with the elegant and rarefied language of the diplomatic trade. I have a reputation for saying what I mean and meaning what I say. So I trust that you'll forgive me if I come across as a bit blunt when I state that I am definitely proud that I'm not among the number of jackbooted proponents of militarism of this world. Before I start, however, I should state that to understand what Chief Sir Molle I's particularly cruel form of paternalism has encompassed as a movement and as a system of rule, we have to look at its historical context and development as a form of sappy politics that first arose in early twentieth-century Europe in response to rapid social upheaval, the devastation of World War I, and the Bolshevik Revolution. I will stop at nothing to speak out against distasteful hucksters. My resolve cannot fully be articulated but it is unyielding. As evidence, consider that I recommend paying close attention to the praxeological method developed by the economist Ludwig von Mises and using it as a technique to recognize and respect the opinions, practices, and behavior of others. The praxeological method is useful in this context because it employs praxeology, the general science of human action, to explain why if Chief Molle had two brain cells to rub together, he'd realize that we must dispense justice. To do anything else, and I do mean anything else, is a complete waste of time.
Be always mindful that only peremptory, debauched conspiracy theorists are capable of imagining that Chief Molle has mystical powers of divination and prophecy. In reaching that conclusion I have made the usual assumption that part of the myth that he perpetuates is that commercialism can quell the hatred and disorder in our society. What's my problem, then? Allow me to present it in the form of a question: How much longer can we tolerate his irresponsible, untoward analects before the whole country collectively throws up? The answer is rather depressing but I'll tell you anyway. The answer begins with the observation that perverted flag burners are born, not made. That dictum is as unimpeachable as the "poeta nascitur, non fit" that it echoes and as irreproachable as the brocard that the spirits of our ancestors grieve as they watch Chief Molle create anomie. To cap that off, he is typical of warped hedonists in his wild invocations to the irrational, the magic, and the fantastic to dramatize his prognoses.
Chief Molle is the type of person who can look you right in the eye and, with an expression of the utmost sincerity, tell you any kind of whopper that suits his purpose. The reason is simple: Chief Molle's secret passion is to spit in the face of propriety. For shame! Every time he gets caught trying to advertise "magical" diets and bogus weight-loss pills, he promises he'll never do so again. Subsequently, his acolytes always jump in and explain that he really shouldn't be blamed even if he does because, as they profess, he can absorb mana by devouring his nemeses' brains. Now that I've told you what I think, let me end this letter by stating that I fully intend to replace today's chaos and lack of vision with order and a supreme sense of purpose. Let Chief Sir Molle I tremble. And though the heavens fall, let there be justice.

Seems like this is less of an open letter than it is someone who found dictionary.com and started to use a bunch of new words they found in the thesuraus 
Searched for '****y head' and they got 'praxeology' as an alternative word.

Maybe im reading wrong but isnt there a single char in game (a sir molle or something) that is beying harrassed here?
CCP i love this game!!, do something about this its (getting) ridiculous tbh.

Actualy my main is in delve shooting bob atm, but then i suppose anybody without their nose firmly entrenched up goons butt crevice would be considered a bob alt by their pets.
