Finally decided to sell it.
The last offer that I had when I originally got it was 750mil, I will be taking bid over here, just make your and the person who gt the highest will get it.
Remmeber, u must have Amarr Frigate LVL5 to fly it.
And unlike the silver magnate who we may get a bp of some day, this ship is unique, iut has the specs of a lvl1 cruiser but flyes faster than an interceptor.
I wil post the exact specs of the ship later.
Anyways, bidding starts at 750mil
Since the silver sells for 250mil, I though it was resonable to start at 750mil..

Well I don't use it, so i figured I'd sell it and keep the money to maybe buy some large bp of sommit, dunno what yet :)
As far as 1bil, that is the price I'm hoping to achieve.

Eciptical I take it your limiting it to races?
Not sure about that BP bit I think they will release a dubbed down magante as the silver beats the tech II ships so it would make the whole tech II think pointless - time will tell!

I believe something like that exceeds monetary value, because its not "just a frigate" its a symbol. Whether it symbolizes divine Amarrian power, or the next level of engineering, everyone would agree it serves a greater role than that of a mere frigate.
So, Ecliptical, without intended disrespect, I believe your business decision is foolish. 1 billion isk? I hope you know a lone miner working for a week or two could get that sort of money.. For the biggest of corporations this represents a fractional value of all their assets, but would symbolize and represent that corporation more than ten battleships ever would. Good luck in selling it, perhaps its new owner will be capable of comprehending all of this.
I wonder how MASS feels about your sale..
Edit: Of course I'd never buy it, I'm not much on collecting super rare stuff, especially amarrian.. but for someone into RP this means a lot.

actually even something of value is worthless if it is not displayed or used.
if a rare china vase is hidden in a closet because someone is too afraid to display it lest it break. wht is it really worth to the owner? the memory of having owned it would be worth as much as the hidden vase itself. (of course im ignoring the value it may have when considering net worth for loans etc. of which there is none in this game)
maybe ecliptical can sell it to the amarrian museum lol

Sadly I don't have the cash, the skills, or the inclination to fly amarrian ships.
To whoever does buy it, make sure you don't just keep it in the hanger gathering dust, thats a hell of a ship, you could do a lot of damage with it.

I want to sell it as it is no use to me, other then gathering dust in my hangar, and besides'my corporation and alliances have a lot of wars with other corps, and lets be frank, if I start using it, they'l send everything they got to try and get me.

I want to know how the Amarr Champion is going to feel if a Minmatar comes forward with the ISK. Say... someone from Oracle or the People's Front? Then they get someone to fly it and use it against PIE and thier allies and then the loyalist Amarrians are forced to destroy this 'piece of art' because a Minmatar 'terrorist' is flying it.

As one of those individuals I have to laugh at it quite frankly and I feel sorry for ecliptical as the ships that were given out were quite frankly crap prizes, 90% of them have just taken up space in hangars and are collecting dust.

The only decent amaar roleplayer I have seen so far was deathwing when he tried shooting that guy in the event, that was RP, the rest of you idiots should just cram it tbh.
Anyway, if he can flog it for a billion, more power to him and the truth that the most valuable resource in eve is idiots.

It's still worth 1 bill isk, and tbh it's like 1000x as easy to keep a frig alive than it is an imperial apoc... So somehow I doubt anyone is gonna succeed in taking me out in it.

1) People who see value in force (how much power, how many guns, etc)
2) People who see value in function (what can I do with this)
3) People who see value in form (what does it look like)
4) People who see value in rarity (how many of them are there)

If I had a lot of ISK I'd be interested in having that frigate just for the "I've got the only one in the universe" factor... Considering the insane speeds you can get a Magnate up to, I might even fly a tour of 0.0 space in it just for fun. Being able to say I circled the entire ring of smugglers' gates in the game's biggest flying bullseye would be a blast! 
Of course that's assuming I already had spare battleships, all the BPs I need, and so on (like some people do)... I don't, so I'm not bidding. But nothing says "I'm so rich I have nothing left to spend it on" like owning a 1 billion ISK frigate.

But unless he sells it to another Amarr, I'd say CCP'd better roleplay a big event condemning the "dishonor" setting his Amarr standing to -10 and renaming Eclipticum to Kador Prime 1 or whatever it used to be. Not that anyone should care for 1 billion ;-)

I heard his Imperial Apocalypse got blown up in some fleet battle with CA, yet another kill for CCP & its magical lag.. Could be wrong tho.
Oh and as it turns out Ganja is full of crap , so maybe I'll keep trying to scrape together a billion isk.

Gotta love the rummor mill...
Here are some facts:
I have died 2x in this game
1 legit, 1 in a ctd that made the news like a couple of weeks ago.
As far as my imp apoc goes... Well it is still in my hangar...
Nothing has happened to it.
I think u guys are confusing me with one of the other players (my wingmen) we have lost one of them, Grikl, but that was a long time ago, due to lag and a bunch of other things, but thats is not for this conversation, I dont want this to turn into a gigantic flame fest...
So no, I wont sell my imp apoc, and yes I still do have it...

I apologize for the rumor, it was a guy in MASS that told it to me so I thought it might be true. Especially after Prophecy told me you guys had lost 2 of 'em, didn't believe him until some guy in MASS "confirmed" it.
Anyways I'll buy it for 1 billion if it's still for sale when I can afford it :|
Edit, one question.. Homo Erectus says there are 4 golden magnates ingame, I say he's about as full of crap as Ganja.. Can someone please confirm my belief that there are 19 silver magnates, 1 gold magnate, 3 imperial apocs and 4 imperial armas ?

OK, again, no nobody blew up my Imp apoc, Tyrrax Thorrk, if would like to see it with your own eyes, message me and game I will tell ya the systems where the ship is at, and show it to ya.
Now', u guys are just funny... There is only 1 gold magnate in game... Pure and simple, it was given to me to be an unique prize... If it was allowed I'd post what was originaly talked about between me and Torfi, but it aint.
