Has perfect leadership and 3 races CS and cruiser 5, only loki atm but just needs the books for tengu and legion, can use all T2 ganglinks.
 Logi 5, pretty much perfect scimitar, basilisk and guardian, ask in an incursion channel if anyone wants a logi 5 with max boosts and watch them bite your hand off.
AWU 5, best possible fitting skills
Cybernetics 5 for the best implants, comes with 3 clones each with 1 different minlink from armour, skirm. and siege, plus mixed faction and +5 implants.
can use cynos
Amarr cruiser 5
Cald. cruiser 5
Minnie cruiser 5
Battlecruisers 5
Command ships 5
minnie frig 5
Remap ready.
Can fly in all space.
Clone 1: full +5s bar charisma plus siege mindlink
Clone 2: perc. and will +5s plus skirmish mindlink
Clone 3: full set of LG slaves with omega, hardwires and armour mindlink
this char is a maxed booster, the fleet command skill to 5 is the only thing missing for a perfect combat booster and that only effects fleet size (extra 50 people). Downs can boost a fleet up to 200 people.

also @ myk, thanks for trying to hijack my thread, i returned the favour, also you maxed out the wrong subsystem skill for boosting 
on a sidenote our boosting skills are identical except that you can boost mining a little better and can have 50 more people in your max fleet.
BUT....
I also have 3 sets of mindlinks, a slave set and +5s versus your +4 implants, if you have mindlinks we are equal, if not, I will beat your boosts every time

Yeah, ok, fair cop, havn't used him as a t3 booster in a while. 
14b leads from Inruco and i'll be accepting that after dt tomorrow if nothing higher comes along.
