Okay, so I'm moving location within the Eve universe and find myself in a position where my very very lucrative reaction operation is going to be far far too far away for me to manage it. I haven't yet decided whether to setup again elsewhere, I'll worry about that later.
What I'm offering is a corporation, complete with the in place, fully functional reaction operation. On jita prices yesterday, it grosses over 5 billion iskies per month and is easily sustainable by a single player. Of course, these are lowsec POS's, so you really want a bunch of friends around to handle any problems that occur.
Outputs
Fernite Carbides - 13,440,000 (~ 3% of Jita volume) Sylramic Fibres - 8,064,000 (~ 2% of Jita volume) Titanium Carbide - 13,440,000 (~ 2.5% of Jita volume) Titanium - 67,200 (Miscellaneous other moon gases)
Assets to be transferred 9 Deployed Large towers (including defences and all structures) (approx 5.5b worth) 1 Month of fuel for all towers and inputs in highsec station (approx 1.5b worth of materials) (as at 22.12) 2 weeks fuel in each tower (approx 1b worth) (as at 22.12) 1 week of all reaction supplies in each tower (approx .75b worth) (as at 22.12) Alt Corp CEOship Offices in appropriate locations
Important Notes - All POS are located within a single system - All POS have deployed defences - All POS are in a "quiet" lowsec system - System is 1 jump from highsec space - Transfer will be made through Chribba's 3rd party service, I will pay the fees
I have been running this operation for a number of months now and riding high on the price increases that hit the market with the deployment of Trinity. All these reactions are very valuable and do not rely or require rare moon mineral imports, so avoiding the Dysprosium issues we have been seeing in the marketplace.
Its a good time to buy. Every single jump freighter built, which are just rolling off the invention lines, requires something like 100 months worth of Sylramic Fibres and nearly the same amount of carbides. Per Hull. A single JF build is perfectly capable of sending prices of these materials through the roof. The Trinity spike has passed, the market has settled down, but its trending upwards again. Immediately after Trinity, this operation was looking at a Gross of nearly 12.5b/mth.
Sustainable, easy enough to manage for a small corp, this is an investment opportunity that saves you ample time. Not only is there nearly 9 days worth of anchoring undertaken, the moons are found, the POSes are in place, they are stocked, its all set to be taken over by someone new.
You are not only paying for the in place assets (9.5b+), you are also paying me for forgoing income into the future and the immense upside this operation has.
Bidding Opening Bid: 20b Bid Increments: 1b Reserve: (hidden) End Date: January 6th (yes, long term auction!) Buy Out: Make me an offer I can't refuse |

And back to first page. Unlike many other posts of this type seen recently, this is a serious auction of a serious income generating asset.

West side of empire.
As I'm sure you can understand, providing any further locational information could be counter productive, as I'd likely end up with nothing left to sell. Would solve my problem of what to do with it, however. ;)

I might bid if you weren't grossly misrepresenting your profits. If I run my own numbers it turns up nothing near 5bil. It still makes good money, but not a 20b starting bid good :-P

Fernite Carbides - 13,440,000 @ 81/u (1.1b~) Sylramic Fibres - 8,064,000 @ 212/u (1.7b~) Titanium Carbide - 13,440,000 @ 193/u (2.6b~)
Gross profits of 5b+, I'm misrepresenting gross profit how? Figures taken from Jita BUY ORDERS as at the 23rd December. Sorry, can't jump onto Jita just now to recheck what has changed. Remember, this is selling to already existing Jita BUY ORDERS, which are often 10-20% lower than listed SELL ORDERS.

More like 20ish days of Sylramic Fibers and 40ish days of Carbide for a jump freighter build.
good deal anyhow though.

Thats what I get for trusting the math of others. :P
To clarify, ME-2 Ark requires the following sylramic's and racial carbides to complete the components necessary capital construction components (assuming "Perfect" build on component BPO's)
2.678m Sylramic Fibres (1/4 of a months output) 9.965m Racial Carbides (2/3 of a months output)

It would be Gross Turnover not profit.
5b turnover less 2b in POS fuel less whatever you buying to make said reactions.
Anyway consider it a free bump.

Gross Profit is most commonly defined (by accountants) as Total Sales - Total DIRECT cost of goods.
Not to commence an economic debate, but fuel for the POSes would correctly be described as an overhead or operating expense, as its independant of the amount of product made and as such would fall outside the direct cost of goods. Further, the fuel gets spent/used on more than simply the generation of the goods for sale.
Regardless, your post is correct. The figure listed here, in case anyone was confused or misunderstanding, is the total value of your monthly sales in Jita. While this does all end up in your wallet, there are obviously COSTS related to the operation of a POS that need to be paid from this income. You can (and should!) do your own math on what those costs are. The costs for the first MONTH of operation have been included and form part of the assets to be transferred. Beyond that, you are on your own.

All metals except titanium are imported, all gases are mined as well as 2 resources of titanium.
Still looking for more bids.

And back to page one we go. Under a week left. Lets get those bids coming people! I will work with the new owner to get them on their feet in this business as well, altho as mentioned I'm relocating to a different area of space.
To operate this network effectively, you need:
- 1 Transport or Indy (20k/m3 or so) - Contract slots (to pay people to get stuff to and from Jita for you!) - 1 Jita alt to process buy/sell orders - 1 alt (can be the same) with Corporation Management to be CEO - ZERO other skill requirements - An average of around 4 hours per week
Thats it. No freighter, no carrier, no rorqual. No longhaul logistics, its all outsourced.
NET profits in the month of December have exceeded 3.5b isk. Including nearly 10b worth of assets to be transferred, 11b is far far too cheap. Bid higher.

Please do not consider this a waste of your time, as I can not afford your wares. I am however interested in employing your services as a consultant. More specifically, I am quite interested in learning the basics on how to setup a similar operation on a smaller scale.
Please contact me in game if this is at all possible, and kudos on your success.

System is quiet. In my entire time operating this network, I have never received an attack mail and only received 1 killmail from the POS but given that was from a gangmate who I forgot to set standings for...
Further, none of these moons are "stunning". They make use of gases, a couple have Titanium. There's simply nothing here worth someone dropping a dread fleet on to neutralise. The hauler (indy/transport) has more chance of getting popped than these POS, based on what I've seen to date. (Nothing a scout wont fix tho!)
Still seeking more bids. Fuel stocks have run down, as they do, and I'm not sure I'm going to ship more in. At this stage, I'll only be promising that there is 2 weeks of fuel available (-750m to assets). If this causes existing bidders to withdraw, please state so. Any bids placed after this date will be placed on the acceptance that this line from the opening post is edited as follows:
1 Month of fuel for all towers and inputs in highsec station (approx 1.5b worth of materials)
2 Month of fuel...
There will still be 2 weeks of fuel in each tower, and 2 weeks in the highsec office which will generate you income for a month. After that, you will need to arrange fuel yourself.
