For the purposes of verification, here's a listing of what you are actually purchasing. This will be used by Chribba to verify that you have received what you bought.
1 Corporation
2 Offices, 1 in highsec, 1 in lowsec (assorted other offices, rents expiring)
1 HQ, highsec
9 Anchored, onlined control towers
3 Complete reaction chains, including all structures functional and working.
Assorted defensive structures in place.
2 weeks input materials in the corporate hangar in high sec office
That forms the bulk of assets to be transferred. Chribba can verify this once money is receipted, at which time the locations and ceo role will be provided to the buyer.
Exeqter, please confirm the above and wire ISK to chribba.

I confirm my alt holding director roles in the corp as well as assets in space is located in the same system and being 9 large towers and a whole load of defensive modules and reactor-related modules, as well as offices. I also hold possession of the corporations shares which will be transferred to the new CEO when ownership changes.

If the deal is somehow a failure or doesn't go ahead, I'll contact the other auction bidders in order, of which they were:
Sten @ 11b
Sajuucor @ 10.5b
Tempest Kane @ 10b
These bidders will get the chance to match the final bid price in the order listed above. Should they decide not to take the opportunity, consider yourself next on the list. I would expect that the chance of that happening is slim. Snowballs chance in hell slim. 
I dont expect anything to go wrong tho. Chribba has directorship and shares, he has verified the basic essentials are there for sale, its just a case at this point of the winning bidder transfering ISKies and its a done deal. Of course, if the winning bidder has no intention of doing that (I'll give him a couple of days!), then I'll podkill him and proceed to the other bidders. 
In hindsight, I probably should have had Chribba post much earlier, to prove to people reading the thread that, like I said, this was a serious auction of serious assets. There have been so many similar "fake" auctions of late and I'm actually quite surprised by the low final price and the lack of bidders. Still, thats no fault of those who did bid, and I believe it certainly means that EXEQTER is getting a stunning bargain yet I am still getting more than if I ripped the assets down and shipped em to Jita for sale. Win win really, which is the best kind of deal to do.

Currently onsite, advising a telco about how to spend money on computers, contact will be made ingame tonight. If you are able to be online anytime from 2-3h before until dt, we can get this sorted. Hopefully Chribba will pop in sometime before then and confirm receipt of payment as well.
Fuel wont have arrived by then, and I need to stock up the towers to ensure the 2 weeks + 2 weeks statement is accurate, but if you are unsure of how to manage POS, we can run through that together and I can show you the ropes. If you are familiar with whats required, we can skip doing that together and I'll get things cleaned up and finalised for transfer.

I have been avoiding logging on after DT but I'll make an exception tonight. See you then. Drop Chribba an evemail in game, ask him to post in the thread confirming the receipt of the money, that'll allow us to get things going straight away.
