Ok. I've tried this twice and failed; trying to triangulate a storyline agent that will be 100% Caldari Navy after running my 16th LVL3 for them.
Using eve-agent finder, grismar.net & the in-game map (to see adjacent systems) to corner a LVL3 agent (of ANY quality) as long as it's in high-sec with the CLOSEST storyline being of Caldari Navy (with the least amount of low sec systems around to minimize the chances of having to run a 10 part mission in low sec!).
I'm just looking for a miracle here, but has anybody already done this and have an agent up their sleeves they do their 16th mission on and there's a 100% chance the closest Storyline agent is the correct one (in my case, someone would of had to do this with Caldari Navy in mind)
Thanks.

If you don't accept a storyline the next one you are offered will be from the next closest storyline agent. If there are a couple of agents who are the same distance away this is an easy trick to use.

Haatomo has 2 Storyline agents for the Navy in it. With a few L3's in Suroken & Isikesu.
I have found that I get either one of those or the Propel Dynamics story agent - also in Haatomo. Cant give a percentage as I hammer missions in that area without counting.
Good idea would be work for the Navy guys in Suroken and the 2 L3's in that system for the Spacelane Patrol - I know they aint the corp you want, but those 2 definelty feed to the Navy Agents in Haatomo (seems that the Spacelane agents in Antirri - my home base) also feed me to Haatomo's Navy & propel guys.)
Not the answer you want, but a solid recommendation - oh and no couriers into low-sec either :D
