So sitting here now for one week gridning lv1 missons,
they are boooorrring!
Got a 1,07 standing with caldari navy, how long until i can do lv2\3\4 missons?

You need a standing of:
1 for L2q-20
2 for L2q0
3 for L2q20 and L3q-20
4 for L3q0
5 for L3q20 and L4q-20
6 for L4q0
7 for L4q20
The standing gain becomes better with each level. And the storyline missions give a big hit as well.

Can't remember exactly how long it took for me to get to L4s, but you can check what standing you need by going to the Agents tab of the corp you do missions for and looking up the agent infos.
You can speed up standing gain with social skills - look up skills in social in the market.

yes train those social skills that increase standing. you`ll be lvl 2 in a day ( i was atleast)
from there.. if you really want, you can get to lvl 3s in a few days and lvl 4s (decent quality) in a week or 2 if you really burn trough
tho you wont make as much, some missions hold a decent hand full of cash

You can also offer to help out a player running lvl4's for your choosen corp. In return they would split the reward 50/50 with you.
My salvage alt got access to lvl4's quickly simply by being in the same gang as me and getting 50% of the credit.
I suppose this must be my sig. I'll do something cool with it eventually. |

You'll gain higher agent access if you plan your missions to have a Caldari Navy storyline agent be the closest Caldari faction storyline agent when you accept your 16th mission. Use http://www.eve-agents.com/ to find storyline agents. They are listed as level 1 quality 0. You get a very large standing bump, compared to standard missions, from the corp that gives you the storyline mission.

I found fastest way to lvl 4 missions is to only do Kill missions. If you really want it fast don't loot or salvage. Took me about 25hrs of play time to get to lvl 4. Also try to stick with 1-2 agents for each lvl. Went so fast that I don't have the skills yet to fly a Raven decent enough for them and my Drake is to much work to do them in. But then again I only wanted the 0% tax rate so mission accomplished for now.
I did have Connections,Social,Negotiation all at 3 for faster rep and and better rewards and they don't take that long to get them 3.

I can't remember how long it took me to go from level 1 to level 2 but recently i switched corps and went for level 2 quality 18 agent to a level 4 quality 17 agent in 7 days. Granted that was more missions per day than I'd ever want to do again.
Get your connections skill to 3 and you will be running higher level missions before you know it.

This, you can get to level 4 in just a few days by focusing on getting storyline missions for the corp.

You can get to lvl 4 missions way before you skills to run them do.
I got to level 4 in 3 weeks.

Depends how many missions you are running per day and your 'connections' skill. Fastest I have done from -1.8 (after skills) to (+6.9 after skills) L4Q18 agent (minmatar navy, emolgranlan agent) is 6.5 days.
Granted as all faction navies they have also that L2Q-20 agent deep in low sec thats willing to talk to you as long as you are above -2 (after skills) to them. I was doing approx 8h mission running days (vacation and lack of real life ftw).
