Hi!
I use:
Highs:
8 x 1200 IIs
Mids:
XL SB
3 x active hardeners (invuln II almost always best!)
AB II
Cap Booster
Lows:
3 x Gyros
1 x DC II
1 x PDU II
3 x CCCs
5 med and 5 small drones
1200s with 3 gyros in lows do more damage than 1400s with 2 gyros and 1 TE AND have better tracking (according to EFT)
SB is Domi (not that expensive) for fitting

100mn AB(t2 or faction), 4x cap recharger II
1x LAR (t2 or faction), 2x EM Hardener II, 2x Therm hardener II, 1x Cap power relay II

If you're using a Cap injector, use more Core Defense Capacitor Sa***uards instead of CCCs (the same thing goes for an armortanking Tempest, except that you need auxiliary nano pumps instead of CDCSs).
The shieldbooster uses perhaps 95% of your cap on a ship like that, and the natural cap recharge is nothing compared to the recharge given by the injector.
I'd go for 1 CCC and 2 CDCSs (the CCC is there to reduce the reliance on the injector. A balance between optimal tanking efficiency and "idle" mode. Except for about 2-3 minutes on a misson you're usually on idle mode). Boosts the cap-to-shield efficiency and as such boosts the efficiency of your injector.

Highs:

4x siege launcher
Mids:
1x 100mn AB II
1x webber
1x painter
1x Cap Recharger II
Lows:
1x LARII
2x Primary rat damage hardeners, T2
2x Secondary rat damage hardeners, T2
2x Cap Power Relay II
Rigs:
2x Cap Control Circuit
1x Aux. Nano Pump
It's light on tank but decent on DPS with good drone variety.

This one works for me in a typhoon (12million sp)
4 arbalest cruises
4 800mm scouts
1 LIF Booster Rocket
3 cap recharger II
2 EANM
1 DC II
1 LAR II
3 Hardeners (Cant remember damage types, but I used the damage type that the ship was weakest on after installing the DC and EANM)
3 CCC
Drones = Hammerheads most of the time.
I dont do ripping damage yet, but I feel the tank is good and the cap will hold tank + AB indefinately. I have somewhere around 75% - 80% resists on everything.
Dont flame me to bad LOL! It has worked so far.

Runs 100% cap stable with all the mods on. Awesome tank mediocre Gank
When you get better skills upgrade all tech II if possible.
