PS: I got slippers, a t-shirt (one I bought myself, forgot about, the wife found it and wrapped it) used poker chips and this comp was an early present a couple of months ago. Its my birthday in exactly 14 days and thats the ONLY celebration that I adhere to and the ony time I really want pressies. I bet its socks AGAIN!

I got nothing, in the Netherlands we traditionally don't celebrate X-mas like the rest of the world does.
The 5th of december we have "Sinterklaas" who gives presents.
Then again, "Sinterklaas is the basis for the North American figure of Santa Claus."
At sinterklaas I got some Wii games, under wich Geometry wars, wich is excelent.

This was a wonderfully Bean-ey Christmas.
Heavy Bean Corduroy jacket, fleece inside. Rough enough for working in, but not too rough to talk to customers in.
Heavy Bean Terry Robe. Actually long enough to cover my knees when I sit. That's hard to find.
Bean Lambswool pullover turtleneck sweater. Sharp enough to wear to a first meeting with a customer, but not so sharp he'll think you a tosser.
Bean Merino Wool Socks. Merino. Nuff said.
I pleaded with the fams not to buy me tools. I'll buy my own tools, tyvm. Nevertheless, I got tools. But I'm excited about them. Most worthy of note is a surprisingly lightweight pressure washer from some German company I'd never heard of. But, hey, if it's a machine and it's German, it's got to work good. Right?
Sister also brought me a grab bag full of miscellaneous Japanese snacks. Smoked cuttlefish in unagi, shrimp chips, norimaki, and a whole whopping kilo of hon-dashi. You know how many ramens you can make with a kilo of hon-dashi? Me neither, but I'll keep everyone posted.
Also a Steve McQueen box-set. Steve McQueen never fought Chuck Norris. He just looked at Chuck Norris. That's when Chuck Norris decided to stop trying to do cool movies like Steve.
