So, I understand that bugs need to be worked out of the game after a major patch, but the following are near game breaking. Wondering when/if we'll see a fix any time soon?
1) Right clicking in space in premium graphics causes the asteroids to blink/enlarge/shrink for a split second and then return to their normal size.
2) If you have your Ships and Items tabbed into you hangar when you dock, the boxes go blank until you re-log or change the setting in your client.
3)When playing with your sidebar autohide option ON, the sidebar hides and sometimes doesnt un-hide until a session change
4) Chat member lists inexplicably scroll down to the bottom, WAY past the last member in the chat.
5) Chat dialog also randomly scrolls to the top and bottom without clicking the scroll bar.
I was wondering if we could get some of these issues (if not all of them) addressed, and wonder when we can expect to see a fix on the more inconvenient ones?

Out of all of those, four is the only one I ever get. And I hardly consider it "near game breaking." So, I would suggest looking <----That way, and finding the Bug Reporting link.

First, have you gone and put in bug reports for those? If not, then do so. Then you'll know if they are "known issues" or something new. Second, you should go read/post/ask in the official feedback thread where this belongs.

How are any of these "gamebreaking"? At best, they are minor annoyances with workarounds. I'm not trying to be a jerk, but it seems there's a bit of hyperbole in the OP.
#1 seems to be annoying, but you say it returns to normal. #2 has a workaround. #3 might be a problem, but still just an annoyance. #4 and #5 in my experience can be worked around by resizing the chat screen.

Another: No right clicking on ships in station to get to cargo hold, drone bay, or to leave ship. Must right click on ships in ship tab instead of the ship in station.

and its hard to do that when your ships tab is blank
but hey, none of the issues here are game breaking...especially not that jump bridge one, right?

Another one:
Depending on target the Selection controls usually sitting at the top right portion of your screen get smaller or back to normal size. Try clicking a gate and an asteroid for example. Would be nice to have the normal size icons or at least make them shrink if the person only wishes to adjust the window size and make it smaller; Not dependent on items you select.

Same with me, it might be a part of the new "features" or the advanced client or my settings are wrong, in which case please point me on how to turn off.
It's a bit annoying and I preffer the old way of warp - i.e. warp tunnel only when in warp not while starting it.

I've got insta-warp tunnel, too. I hate it...why is there a "blur speed" effect when you're still moving 50 m/s?
Hopefully the next patch will fix.

Classic and Premium both fail to utilize sufficient CPU resources, resulting in drastically reduced framerate.
Strobing effect causes your own ship's target icon to appear on top of what you're looking at.
Look at feature fails intermittently.
Chat windows sometimes restacked after logging.
Some chat windows get resized with a ~60 pixel borer on the left side for no apparent reason.
Ships and Items windows blank after changing ships (workaround is to start undock, then abort).
Still no warning when using a hotkey to tell drones to attack a target that should generate a warning. -- Support fixing the EVE UI | Suggest Jita fixes

Deleting blocked people from the list still sends them to your buddylist instead of just removing them from the block. (reported, said to be looked on, but it's been a while)

Please realize that the buttons shrink when they run out of space.

UI bugs are for betas. I classify these as game breaking as in the game is not working as intended. We have been living with some of the theses "bugs" for months now, so why not just reclassify them as "game mechanics"? ____________________________ One Thead to rule them all - Boot.ini pre-patch thread

1. Trinity has memory leaks, have to reboot PC every few hours to regain decent memory footprint and avoid paging lags.
2. Windows within Eve window exhibit new and very annoying forms of free will, resizing themselves when moved, and new windows like Fleet sometimes seek out a group of Help channels I keep grouped, and attach to that group. I just want windows to stay where I put them and not choose new locations or sizes on their own. I'd also like to see and end to the unholy linkage between different types of windows, most notably Items in station and Cargo in space.
3. Keeping the Fleet window open while in station is a royal PITA as it obscures the things behind it. It's unnecessary and should only display in space.
4. If you have a Market Detail window open as you jump from system to system, Sellers may not be visible until you scroll it.
5. In some other window list cases the list may be incomplete and not appear until the list is scrolled. This a very long standing bug.
6. Since Trinity, upon undocking the objects (station, other ships) are pure white for a second or two, detracting from the illusion of space and stations and ships.
7. The new large login window which replaces the badly bugged small login window with the advent of Trinity has some problems. When it opens, DirectX is opened, but this is before the character is known. Even when the char is logged in, some settings are not remembered from the last login of the char. This is a particular problem for multi-screen, multi-account users, as the association of the window with a virtual graphics adapter has to be set for each char logged in, according to the monitor where that char's window is usually placed. If this is not done with care, fps goes into the crapper.
8. Premium graphics seem usable only by single account users with high-end PC and graphics card. Memory and CPU footprints are too excessive for multi-account users, so the Premium graphics are mostly irrelevant for those of us who run multiple accounts. We have to use Classic, and have to dumb down the color depth, z-buffer, and cache. For us, Trinity may as well not exist.
9. The login window, to which we return when disconnected, still suffers the bug of forgetting the IP address to which it's supposed to connect, making reconnection impossible without closing the window and relaunching it.
10. Char selection still suffers the bug of becoming nonfunctional if char selection and entry into the game isn't done within a fairly short time. After that time, clicking to enter the game does nothing except making a click sound.
11. AFAIK there is still a bug of a timeout in char creation. If you don't know exactly what you want, by the time you finish and press the final button to create your char, you will be disconnected. This means you must make notes about your choices, cancel, relaunch, and create your new char very quickly from your notes to consistently succeed in creating new chars.
12. Station and gate bounce as well as object bounce when warping into asteroid belts still stupidly sends the ship off at full engine power in a random direction. The ship doesn't respond to stopping the engines until it has gone 5, 10, 20 km from the desired location. In cases of very slow ships it then becomes necessary to warp to another place in the system and warp back to try again, as simply motoring back to the destination can take many minutes.
13. Bookmarks still have a very restrictive set of rules for moving and duplicating, and take excessively slow cycles of communication with the server. Operations with bookmarks that are not allowed fail silently with no explanatory messages at all.

14. Bookmarks in Places in People and Places can only be moved into a blank space or into the header of a folder. It should be possible to drag a bookmark into any section and have the bookmark take its position in the section to which it was moved.
15. Bookmarks have a seemingly random organization. It should be possible to move them around so they are in an order meaningful to the user.
16. When editing a bookmark, the Enter key does not serve to close the window as it does when creating a new bookmark.
17. In Contracts, the Enter key does nothing... one has to click on the button to retrieve contracts.
18. The Cargo window mysteriously repositions itself. I want it to stay where I put it.
19. When moving a new window like Cargo or Corporate Hangar from its default position, moving it more than a short distance causes the hangar view to rotate.
20. Since Trinity every login turns on the jukebox and begins playing Eve music. Having this happen with 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 Eve windows is exceptionally annoying and requires opening the jukebox and finding the nearly invisible controls and stopping each one.
21. Idle disconnects continue despite multiple claims by CCP that there is no such timeout. Network experience suggests that the inactivity timeout is not generated by the Eve servers, per se, but may be the result of a stateful connection processor such as a firewall or proxy server at the Eve cluster whose parameters are not under close observation and control. Every network appliance that manages connections in a stateful manner _must_ maintain connection tables of finite size. Such appliances _must_ impose a timeout or their tables would fill up in time. Even if once configured correctly to allow 20-30 thousand Eve users to remain connected, replacement of such an appliance is pregnant with possibilities for lost knowledge or ignorant mistake to reimpose a low limit or a short inactivity timeout. A replacement or upgrade appliance may not be ordered with sufficient memory to maintain 30,000 connections and the result may be an appliance that must disconnect some people in order to register new connections.
22. Modules take way too long to deactivate, and take variable times that look a lot like simpleminded programming is checking them periodically, like every 3-5 seconds. Modules activate instantly -- they should deactivate instantly.
23. F.o.F missiles, which used to attack friends and thus were worse than useless unless one was traveling solo, now seem to keep friends and foes straight, but often cannot be activated the first time even though foes are within range, issuing the erroneous message that no qualified target is within range, even though the foe may not only be within range but may be firing. A workaround seems to be to have one launcher loaded with regular missiles. Once that launcher fires on a foe, the other launchers loaded with F.o.F missiles will be able to initiate fire against foes that are not locked. This seems to be a first-time-after-login problem.
24. Distance bugs persist.
a. Two ships near each other may see each other at different distances b. After mining for a while, especially after moving around in a belt, a ship may begin to throw jetcans out of range, such as 1700m. c. Asteroids clearly within range according to the Overview may not be mineable, the message telling you that you must be within 1500m when in fact you are. d. You may be unable to jump through a stargate due to being out of range when the overview clearly shows you to be within range and the jump tool has become highlighted.

25. Lack of coordination between highlighting of tools and factors in the client that determine whether or not the tool can actually be used.
..a. When warping to a gate, the jump tool becomes highlighted (enabled) prematurely. ......If you click it when it becomes active, you will get a message that you cannot ......do that while warping. If I can't do it yet, why activate the tool, which is ......otherwise inactive when it can't be used?
..b. This is extreme in POSs, where the Open Storage tool becomes active at 4,000m ......from a corp hangar but cannot be used until you are within 3,000m.

OK, I'll stop it. Some are new, some are old, but they are all a bother, and the old ones should have been cleaned up before any new expansion was released.

Hardly game-breaking but annoying nonetheless.
