Deleting blocked people from the list still sends them to your buddylist instead of just removing them from the block. (reported, said to be looked on, but it's been a while)

Screenshots in Vista go to Documents (first in "Favorite links" in Explorer, top right in start menu)/EVE/Capture. Settings are stored in %user%/AppData/Local/CCP/EVE. AppData is a hidden directory, but who keeps directories hidden these days any...

Vista did away with hardware sound acceleration with directsound, so you can't use sound acceleration anywhere with that. There's OpenAL, which adds hardware acceleration to applications that support it, but until CCP decides to add OpenAL support...
