Which of these two dreadnoughts would be superior for Low-sec Capital Operations in large scale Capital fleets (10+)

To be honest, the best dreads are the ones you can lay your hands on at the time. Revelation has the ammo advantage but sucks cap like theres no tomorrow. The Naglfar on the other hand Ħhas the advantage of having the highest alpha and uses no cap for it's weapons but has a weaker tank and a split weapon configuration. In the end ten dreads is ten dreads and when they all focus fire I don't think it makes that much of a difference what your gang composition is.

For practicality the Revelation is better then the Naglfar. No Ammo issues, therefore no worry for logistics and less skill time, too.

Gogo revelation, and stick ur alt in an augoror to cover all your capacitor needs :)

The revelation has by far the smallest cargo bay of the dreads. The typical ammo using dread will be using less than 1k m3 for ammo. The Naglfar has 10250m3 cargo, so it will have 9250m3 for fuel. The Revelation has a mere 7250m3 of cargo space, 2000 less than is available for fuel on the Naglfar. (for comparison, phoenix has 9500m3, moros 8500m3)

Revelation is immune to module lag once the guns are activated, the other three dreads are not. Revelation will just keep shooting, the other dreads will sit there and lag for 30 seconds at each reloading period.

Revelation is the best. It has the highest DPS of all dreads with the long range guns, and it's tied for best tank. (Same tank as the Moros) Most importantly, it's the most lag-resistant dreadnought. You don't deal with module lag on reloading. You don't deal with issues where your tank caps you out in seconds because lag made you unable to micromanage it.

from my perspective the revelation is better - you dont get primaried first like any nagalfars do.
