Originally Saint WAS asking for money and people DID call it a scam. Later Saint came back and just started giving away money for nothing. I netted about 200mil total. 
And, to defend his original intentions, most of that 200mil I got was from sending him very small amounts in the beginning and him sending back 4x the amount. I asked for some free "good will" money when he first advertised, and he actually sent me like 5mil. So I was like "ok..." and I sent back the five and told people in local, what did I get back? 20mil.
I was like "Holy..damn" and so I kept trying these small 5mil increments, keeping in mind that if I ever didn't receive a 4x back, I could stop and still be "in the green" so to speak.
I don't know if it was originally a scam or not, all I know is that at first I played it safe and it payed off.
Although I will say with certainty that the SECOND time he came back he was definately NOT scamming. He was saying things like "hands up in local for isk" and everyone who put a hand up, got 1mil for example. Some people even got random money just for being funny.
Saint's a pretty cool guy, but like any other person in eve, don't trust them to send you back anything if you send them a large enough sum of cash.  Be careful with it, and benefit.

You are in fact, wrong. TheBankingAlt is not his character, it is mine. Above your post you will see that I originally posted with TheBankingAlt (as that is my character who is always in Jita, conducting trades) because it was the character I recieved the isk on. As a sign of goodwill, and trying to prove myself, I posted with my main directly below my alt's post.

Anyone else notice how SAINT CHRISTINE is now in a new corporation? "SAINT INVESTMENTS AND LOAN BANK" -- oh boy, looks like now that he has made a name of himself he wants to get people to send him money for "safekeeping"

Saint I want to apologize for what may have seemed like an attack on you in an earlier post. I was simply surprised to see that you had setup a bank, and was simply curious as to how it was going to be used. I did not mean to insinuate that you would deliberately or intentionally steal ISK from anyone. 
I'm going back to edit my post to be a little more clear, and get rid of the bits that might be insulting.
