Quote: Ah yes. The 1st time i''ve ever heard of these "JQA" goons, was today! after they jumped in with 5bs''s to lay waste to me (or thats what they tried to do anyways).
These "JQA" (whatever that happens to mean), are claming some 0.0 space out in Southern Syndicate, just "east" of df34.
But alas! Have YOU (the reader) ever heard of such people? Or such an Alliance? I say NAY fair fellow reader! These "JQA" are nothing but warmongering bulleys! (alot like myself perhaps ) that have not posted an officiall declaration because their scared of people stomping on their crokite mining party! Zarthan (as far as I can tell the learder of these "JQA" people) has posted a thread regarding my corporation (SIM), Here
I think someone is trying to Hide but still act big and tough like legitimate alliances? Don''t you? So if you feel an urge to go stomping on people who deserve it, throw an eye or 2 out syndicates way, as there are a bunch of wannabe alliance people out there just asking for a severe ganking .
Now, this isn''t to say that i outright hate these people, but I could say that about Zarthan, as his incompitance about running an alliance shows. They claim space "east" of DF34, and past S-U (something, i''m sure you can search it up ), but regularly come out to cause trouble to peacful miners and NPC hunters in DF34!
The only argument i''ve heard for their claim to this area of space is a few dropped sec cans. Which hardly legitimizes anything, I don''t own Yulai if i drop a can in luminaire and say i own Yulai. Ignorance is no excuse "JQA"!~
Besides all we ever want to do is mine in peace and sing "kume bi''ah"
Your post is a fallacy unto itself. There is no such thing as a "legitimate" alliance. And to try to propose that some kindof format that must be followed to create one is absurd.
Is this what the galaxy is coming too?? Every punk corp and yahoo will try to go out and squat on a piece of space and "claim" it? Extorting passerbyers and racketeering like some disfunctional wanna be mafia family?
Lets not forget where all these so-called "alliances" began: With the preposterous antics of a laughable group of corps (TTI, Jericho, etc.) with ludicrous declarations that they had "claimed" Venal, and had "closed" its borders to anyone they did not approve of. This ridiculous claim was the beginning of these "alliances," for the purpose of monopolizing and extortion. And where is this "venal alliance" now? A pathetic and burnt out debacle not worth a breathe''s mention. The same is true for the curse "alliance," a pitiable wraith of its former self, and will be the same to all idiot corps that fall to this debauchery.
Lets start calling these "alliances" what they really are. Extortionist. Disfunctional Mafias which inevitably self destruct. Fleeting fiascos attempting to squat on a region, prone to corruptions and ruin.
I was saddened the other day to discover a corp that I once admired fall to this depravity. Whilst traveling between the regions of Molden Heath and the Great Wildlands, I warped into a system and came across a "gatekeeper" from Oracle. Being a Minmatar and straight out of the university I thought to myself, "O look, a Oracle freedom fighter. Now thats a honorable corp." These thoughts were quickly dissipated when I was quickly fired upon and podded without any warnings whatever! Oracle! A corp that supposedly dedicates to fighting for minmatar freedom, podding a fellow minmatar in cold blood without warning. The pilot later claimed that the region "belonged" to the alliance that Oracle was a part of and that "no one" was allowed. Disgusting!
Is there no organization out there dedicated to free passage and cooperative coexistence? Is free trade now an incomprehensible concept? Will no one fight against this cancer that has infested non-empire space? Or is the galaxy doomed with this infestation of fickle ganglanding and squatting? Ugh!
