And while we're at it lets just put sentry guns up in 0.0 and remove dictors, moms, carriers, dreads and pos's.

This is all I'd like to have fixed tbh.
Had a Thanatos tackled, he engaged until he realized I wasn't being hurt, then logged and disappeared after a few minutes.
If someone has agressed you back after you engage, then logs out... they should NEVER disappear, as they tried to fight back. If they log and they didn't try anything... well, ok maybe they can disappear then, but it's still rather crap.

Hahah... #21 would make docking in venal and several other NPC controlled regions impossible. As nobody would be able to dock, they might as well remove the stations there, right 
And #20... you're obviously not the kind of person who likes to shoot other people all the time? Concord doesn't come to a -5 and below persons aid, ever. That's already there, removing docking for negative standing players would just be lame.
