Really? So you thought of every single one of the infinite number of possible solutions on your own, and every single one of them ruins courier contracts? I'm impressed.
Oh wait, you mean you didn't? Weird, so why are you saying they all ruin courier contracts then?
Silly me for realizing that it would actually be better for courier pilots to be able to jump in to get the items out of the biggest trade hub in the universe, rather than getting stuck.

Theres no way for you to deal with the problem
CCP could by making it a real trade hub ...
ie: remove everything but one station and tradable items... no space no planets, moons, agents, ships in space you go through gate and go straight to Jitta station
it would take the load off the server no ship calcualations etc.

This is the first time I had a problem with Jita. The jita issue is an extremely easy fix. Im wondering why CCP doesnt care about their players? Is money more important to them then the actual game?

You can also opena stuck petition via my petitions from this website... not sure how well that works never had to do that before but it is under the eve support on the left hand side

Not much of one. All they have to do is add a few lines of code into their server software to determine if the target jump server farm can hold more players. It's not brain science, even a blonde can do it :P Why they refuse to take 10 minutes to implement this tells volumes of their priorities.

I just went to Jita with a hold full of choice gear. Took me about 10 minutes in and out. Plenty of witty banter on local and some amusing names to pass the time while things were slow.

Wish I hadn't just jumped into Jita. System didn't load after 20 minutes and now I can't log in there. Hope my stuck petition is answered soon.

Restricting the movement of materials in highsec would favour in situ production and sales, rather than people moving a million cubic metres of stuff to Jita, hence causing Jita to shrink in favour of smaller, more dispersed hubs.
Hence freighters are the problem.
It'll never happen, of course.
