Is there no way to deal with this problem? Is this a trade problem or is this the only rout traveling from caldari to the auther fractions? /Vicky

Mia Mandalore	Posted - 2007.12.30 19:00:00 - [5] It's a trade problem. It used to be Yulai, but they "fixed" Yulai to prevent people massing there and everyone went to jita instead. Jita can't be fixed since all the people will just go clog up some other system instead.

Just don't do it. No one is forcing you, so you have no one to blame but yourself for getting yourself stuck.

I it posible that all things are cheeper in jita then every where else? dont the fractions have their own metropolitans for trade usely in the capital. I been in hek and that is like a trade post but without the problems of trafic like here in jita. Could the gods of eve not make the 4 capitals of the game more friendly to trade or something so the heavy load of jita get to be chared? like caldari stuff is best bout in caldari space and minmatar in minmatar space? put in heavy taxes or something to stop ppl from cloging up serten points. Dont know about trade and the economiks so feal free to shot it down but plz bring u own sulution to the problem insted /v

Hence: The reason it is cheaper to buy it in Jita is because there are enough traders there undercutting each other that the prices are lower. There is only one way to "fix" Jita: We, the players, don't go there. If we don't buy there, those that are selling their stuff will move elsewhere to try to attract customers. Thing is that will never happen since we can't co-ordinate the efforts of all 200k+ subsribers. 99% of everything in Jita can be bought within a few jumps, but it might cost a little more. You have your choise: Buy in Jita and get stuck in it during weekends, buy elsewhere and pay a bit more, or go there during the weekdays when it isn't so bad. Itamo, Maurasi, etc are in a little deadend branch that there is only one way to get to: Through Jita. There used to be several of those but CCP altered the stargates about a year ago. CCP just doesn't want to do it because it impacts game mechanics in a way they don't like. They value the need to always move all goods manually every single jump more than they value 1200 people at a time not having a laggy game. 1-2 jump interbus would sufficiently disperse the lag such that EVE could handle another 2000-3000 simultaneous market hub users at once. -- Support fixing the EVE UI \| Suggest Jita fixes

Liam Liam	Posted - 2007.12.30 21:28:00 - [37] Theres no way for you to deal with the problem CCP could by making it a real trade hub ... ie: remove everything but one station and tradable items... no space no planets, moons, agents, ships in space you go through gate and go straight to Jitta station it would take the load off the server no ship calcualations etc.
