Hi,
just an hour ago i have been waiting for more than 15 minutes to jump into Jita and after i did it turned out i my char was stuck.It is really boring to wait some 30 minutes to get there for only to buy a ship and get out of the system.At the same time some hundreds of players are just sitting and chatting in local and pasting links,which makes the whole matter even worse.after this I have an idea to DEV Team:
Is there such a chance this system to become a congestion charged zone?I mean for each hour to stay in JITA every single player has to pay like 10million ISK.lets see then spammers how much can afford to waste for their stay.Such a move may help to spread the heavy load to all the surrounding systems and if they become such a pay to visit zone,the market will spread arround empire. Just my thoughts.

Hey, heres a better idea.
Go somewhere else!
If you do that, you cant get stuck in jita!

Alas... yes.
It is a well known, and shall I say, documented fact (read: whined about) issue. Jita is a a very unforgiving place on the weekends. Your best bet is to avoid it like the plague and most certainly don't log off there by any means.
Now I understand the driving force of the lemming mindset is very powerful. But please, don't fall for it. Beyond that white light you think you may be going into is a lie. Beyond the promise of riches there lies the blackness of the "Black Screen of Death".
Yes, you heard me. It's evil. Pure and simple.
BTW, while you are there could you pick up things for me?

Jita before 3pm Central Standard (US no "daylight savings" crap) on weekdays is tolerable.
Heck, I was in there this weekend with 737 people when I jumped in and it was actually tolerable for some reason. That was the exception to the rule though.

Well it took me a good 3 hours to buy ship and fitting before i got out of the hell.Is this reasonable?I believe SOME players are just sitting online there and do nothing,but create an awesome lag for others.Why isn't CCP trying to sort it out?Yet there can be many many different opportunities to punish those,who make it miserable to others......like this one:
If a player stays for more than hour in the system, then he automatically gets disconnected and the char is transfered to a nearby one.The point is, if a restriction is made like:
no return in 2 hours,
then again the number of players in Jita will be massively reduced.
I realise some of you will be very "pleased" by reading this....:) and I will be very glad if something to cut the lag in Jita is done.

PEBKAC. It's an ID-ten-T error.
In the real world and in EVE, market hubs are a naturally-occurring thing and also a necessity. Jita serves as this; for many large-scale industrialists, it is THE place to go. The tech-2 industry revolves around Jita, from moon materials and Morphite all the way up to completed products. You see modules and ships distributed around the galaxy by traders, but the reality is that the vast majority of manufactured goods are sold in Jita first, and then redistributed.
Unfortunately, these market hubs also attract flocks of single players who come to buy a relatively meaningless amount of product. What can you do to solve it? Don't go to Jita unless you are a large-scale industrialist or you are buying a large amount of goods to ship out to other regions. Otherwise, put up with it and stop complaining; CCP have improved Jita a whole lot, but they're not going to start putting stupid rules into place.

Reasonable? No.
Of course my opinion on it though is, in that 3 hour period of time, I could have done my shopping in the systems outside of Jita. I may have payed a small fraction more in ISK for it, but, my shopping would have been done quicker. And, without as much of a headache.
God knows, no one is holding a blaster to my head, saying I had to go there. If they did, I'd give em the three finger salute, telling them to read between the lines.

Here, I have to disagree. Placing these kinds of limitations are not the answer. All you will have accomplished is moving Jita to a different system. Where the same problems will reemerge. Also, I believe these kinds of actions are counter to what EVE is.
