Stunning TFT, I love mine, great upgrade from a 19" TFT, the screen space I have in eve now is awesome!

The standard for measuring MS' isnt defined really well. So the MS doesnt mean anything.
Also, get a HP w2207. I have 1 already, and im getting a second one tomorrow.

Me too. That's what I got rid of mine, along with the fact my desk is rather small and I had about 3cm of mouse movement left after it - getting a TFT was the best thing that happened to my desktop.
as for response times, I don't really think having a 3ms advantage is going to make you uber or anything. I'm sure that 1/333rd of a second is going to make all the difference... My monitor was advertised at 8ms, and even if that's a lie and it's really 30ms it dosen't seem to change anything.

Amen - best and shiniest (aren't they the same thing, really now...) monitor I've ever seen. Did you get yours in the UK PCW sale for when it was up for ú200? I thought that was a mega-deal like, for blinking high-quality monitor like that too.

Ah well, I guess it goes to show how good this monitor is if it's spanned users in multiple countries then. Do you use the portrait-rotation feature? That wasn't advertised on the box, quite a shock when I looked at the piece of paper and it had a diagram of someone twisting the monitor... I haven't installed the software for it yet, but I can see this being very useful for graphics and reading. Probably not so much in EVE...

Oh but it does. It really does.
When LCD monitors are "slow" they exhibit ghosting. You may not realize it having gotten comfortable with your monitor (so you figure that is just how things are) but in a side-by-side comparison the differences can be made abundantly apparent. Once you see it you will be very displeased with the woeful performance of most LCD monitors.
What really gets me with most LCD monitors is having the mouse cursor disappear when moved quickly. Then I spend a few seconds looking around the screen for where it got to. Drives me nuts.
