If it's due to the fact it's mis-spelled by one letter, then you might have a case, although if it was just you didn't like that name anymore I doubt they would.

The reason I made to this guy was for pvp and I wanted a nice sounding last name to instill fear but comically it didn't work that way due to a typing error. I guess that's one of those sad but funny moments in life. P.S. Feel free to petition my name and say that it's offensive to all the real hard working window makers in the world and the work that they do for society.

Shooting someone because the size of their ships' portholes offends you, making them pay you ransom in Silicate Glass instead of ISK so you can "get your business off the ground", applying to player corps with notes that you specialized in a manufacturing career and can really make the windows on the ships they make bigger / better, etc., those would be funny (at least to me). As far as I know, though, GMs will only do a rename if your current name violates their EULA or is offensive, so I doubt you'll get it fixed that way.
