Thats a VERY over priced start there bud.
Check the other auctions, 24mil sp carrier pilots start @ 5bil, and normaly sell for 5-8bil. You have 10mil sp less than most pilots being sold.
I'll offer you a 2.5bil start.
If this offer is rejected, no biggie, free bump.

well in my opinion im not asking for too much it comes with about 2b in assets, skills worth about 1b and gtcs about 2.5b so its a really good price :)

Sell the assets, you'll make more isk that way. Your sellin the toon not the GTC's and skill books, plus the skills this toon has are below average, would take along time to get this toon to fly a carrier properly with the right suport skills etc etc. It also has below average skills for ratting etc etc.
Also 6bil offer... take it, becuase you'll not sell this toon for anything over 4bil inc assets.

6Bil is a stupidly high price for a char with this SP and only 1 thing going for it.
In responce to the "Genius alt" comment, thanks I R genius, however, was pointing out that your bid of 3bil for the char was lower than a previous offer of 3.1bil for the char.
but anyway, free bump and gl with sellin this char, however, if it doesnt sell, mail me ingame and we'll talk about a price for the char, the assets I can get for alot cheaper so not wanted.
