After mailing the owner and checking prices of the "assets" on the jita market, and being generous with the prices. And keeping inmind the work, time, effort and monies for game time, I'll offer the following.
3.3bil for char.
The assets really arent worth anything, the only expensive item you have is the Nid carrier, which is easily picked up for 700mil.
If you want an all in price, char + assets, I'll give 4.2bil and that is being more than generous.

yeah your right on that one....15mil sp is pretty bad...offer retracted unless he comes to his senses and lowers the price.
I need a carrier pilot 5-7bil budget.

Still not gettin it....
Even without the assets, the char is not worth anything over 3.5, it can ONLY JUST fly a carrier...and not even properly... and has NO support skills, and is not even in the region of self-suffcient.
gl with this sale....I'm sure there will be someone desperate enough to pay the HIDDEN reserve.
