I dunno... my "it's a fake!" meter is off the charts on this but at the same time it's very well done. Maybe it's just wishful thinking.

It would have been more believable had the creator not used the Hello Kitty logo which is copyrighted.

There's an idea CCP can capitalize on in terms of monetary gains.
Works in two steps:
1) Alliance, corporation, or individual submits concept design for any ship they choose at the cost of PLEX / Currency so CCP can integrate it into the game. CCP works out the draft products and pitches it back to the entities interested for final approval if they like it or not. Integrates customs skins into the game.
2) Players within these groups or alone can pay at the cost of 1 PLEX / Currency to use the skin permanently for whatever ships that have been submitted.
In the end, it's all superficial so it doesn't give anyone an advantage over the other. It's a better idea than that garbage, Walking in Station. |

I think it will be funny if people get the chance to do something like this. Now people will may more attached to the apparent uniqueness of their ships, and the tears they shed upon destruction will decrease in salinity and increase in sugar content.
