Cotton Tail Domination.	Posted - 2008.01.03 16:32:00 - [4] Anything that isn't a 'super capital' or basically anything that isn't a mothership or a titan. You won't be able to use any capital ship in a system which doesn't have a security status of 0.4 or lower however.

Titans (papas) and Mother Ships have to be in a POS. No Capitals unless you are in a 0.4 or below or have the Grandfather Clause. Also, freighters can go Hi-Sec. Does this include the Jump Freighter?
