I saw that in the IPO in a bugsplat (game leaving) situation Ricdic's Alt (with director privilege) would liquidate the corp.
Is this happening? Don't think Kirjava is coming back.
EDINA has also left 4 anchored control towers in space (plus some offline medium rails), out of fuel and no POS shields.
Does the director alt have the passwords and ability to unanchor towers and retreive and sell them?

If I remember correctly, all that was given to Ricdic in the end was the power to audit, to make sure he was actually making a profit with the company. Its been awhile though, and my memory is eluding me right now, so I could be incorrect. However, it would be nice for someone to clear this up completely.

Without going on about it, I do feel disappointed that this hasn't all be cleared up already - even if only by having his presence around to provide confidence that something is being done.
I don't think it's fair to the people who have invested to just be ignored and forgotten about when it's pretty obvious there is plenty that needs to be clarified/answered/done, etc.
Here's hoping I'm merely being pessimistic and premature in posting, time shall tell.

Still on forums yes.
There will be a loss, but since A-WAR started camping the area it has been hard to move around (I lost empty haulers to them just trying to get them in). I haven't actualy logged in for a few day's so I'll give moving another go.
There are a few towers still there - I got paranoid about unanchoring them after the last loss.

I will not be stating my plans as stating my plans before resulted in the loss of multiple towers. There is a fix in the works and I will tell you after it is done.

Chears - it would have just been boring I suppose if nothing happened.
At least I suppose the people in MD will take note not to invest in lowsec POS work in future, it is just too risky and the large proffit margins while real are representitive of the difficulty/risks.

You probably had a good idea and setup for making it work, but trying to one man multiple low sec POS operations is a difficult endeavor unless you're in a reasonably secure area where you have comfortable standings with the big locals. If some large corp/alliance in the area decides to take offense to your POSs there, you just can't reasonable protect them or get any sort of reprecussions against them short of hiring a large merc corp... and even then that's just an additional large cost that likely fills no real role other than taking some revenge.
EVE is a game of opportunists, and if people find weak POSs or people weaker than them who are leaving hundreds of millions or more of equipment floating in space, they're going to snatch it all up.

Actual specifics of what is happening isn't the major issue, we just need a forum presence to assure that something is being done (which is now starting to happen) and obviously once everything is liquidated the actual details of what's what.
I wish you luck in the actual specifics, I guess the best idea is to keep as much information to yourself - even trivial things that may tip people off.
Keep us updated and I'm sure most if not all will retain a positive opinion despite any setbacks during this IPO.

An update - my ISP Onetel was bought over and so I had to reset everything for TalkTalk.
For the past few days I have been piggybacking routers within range and using public computers to access the forums, so this is why noone has seen me login. Hopefully there is a fix being worked on at TalkTalks end (had been handled badly) that will allow me access to a computer that;
1) does not drop connections every 30 seconds due to low signal quality and someone walking in the way
2) Is powerful enough to run Eve (Library computers run Windows 95)
Hope to be getting back in to sort it out gameside as opposed to the curent way......

Ok Kirjava you need to speed this up. I have people contacting me ingame (I am alliance executor) saying those towers have been offline for up to a week and asking if they can destroy them so they can take the moons.
Now, these are people nice enough to ask, and it's safe to assume there won't be too many people like this. I am probably at the point where I would suggest to people that their investment is lost. Might as well know that now rather than hearing another excuse next week.

They say it will be fixed today - will escrow it to citizen and hopefully the bids will come in for the moons, I had them on the market. The POS towers aren't defending anything so they have the shields up when offline same HP as the bubble - do you want me to waste isk fueling them when I can't even login?

You got to be kidding if people are willing to pay for moons sites that your abandoning. Everyone knows where they are a simple moon scan tells you what you got. You can't defend it, and your not logging on. Why would you pay.
This is a waste of time
For 50 million I will give the locations of all of EDINA's moons what they mine, and where the offline POS's are and the remaining guns (offline).

If you're serious I'll take you up on that. That said, I like Kirjava and have no intention of ****ing him over so if you're selling them because you want to see his POS's get popped I'm not the guy to help out with that. I'll wait until he's moved his stuff out and then play hardball with the new guys  or just sit on the info, it depends but for 50M I can't resist finding out what and where.

My eyes are currently boggeling at how much Ferrogel has appreciated in value, I have a considerable reserve of the stuff so losses may not be as bad as I had initialy suspected.

Kirjava has agreed to sell me the POS's and rights to mine the moons so I won't be needing those locations after all. Ricdic is acting as middleman. I'm paying a fair bit so between that, the Ferrogel and some remaining supplies I may buy off of him tomorrow I think he'll have enough to fully return investor's capital. If you don't get your full investment back I'll pay the difference up to the 50M in exchange for you not broadcasting their positions. 
To those who invested in the corp, I'm sorry but I will not be making any public offerings at this time. Kirjava will be returning most if not all of your investment, I will be the CEO of the corp and have control over its assets and I will not be paying dividends as I will be the sole proprietor. I would, however, ask that once the takeover is complete you give your shares to me so that if I do decide to make an IPO at some future point I won't have to create a shell corporation to pay dividends. I have no way to enforce this but seeing as they will be valueless at that point I hope everyone will cooperate.
