Have been unbale to finish part 2 of the NF mission on a Drake
i run out of cap and drones keep on spawning and i dont seem to damage the Drone Stasis towers and the Drone Neutralizer tower to getto Lab to get reward
is it my setup?
6 x HM launchers II (Fury or Navy Heavy missiles)
1 x HM launcher I
1 x medium "Ghoul" Nos
1 x 10MN FB
2 x cap rechrg II
2 x Large Shield Ext II
1 x Inv Field II
1 x Ballistic Control II
2 x PDS II
1 x empty (had Shield Power Relay II but took off as i thought maybe drawing from cap)
any hints or suggestions please?

Try a weapon with longer range. I ended up using 425mm rails since the towers were just outside my missile range and the stasis towers held me in place. Took me a few trips, but I got them without too much trouble.

There is another thread on this mission which has more to do with 5 of 7 and 7 of 7. I did 2 of 7 with a passive tanked drake using no AB and the towers were all within reach of my regular HM (within 55km or so). Took out about half of my cap before I killed the neut towers. Basically the mission went the way it's described in http://eve-survival.org/missions/newfrontiers3.html. So HM and remote repper in high, Mids- 2 lse II's, invul II, 3 shield amp II's and Low-bcu II, dc II and 2 pds II's. I have 3 cdfp rigs.
I also did 4 of 7 and completed it with 1 warp-out but found it more difficult and next up would be 5 of 7 which I will pass on unless I get help from some1 with a raven. Note that the mission info site above appears to have mis-information as to how to complete 5 of 7 as compared to the other forum thread..apparently u can only fire at 1 neut tower at a time-kill the resulting drones and then kill the next etc--if u shoot at all of them then apparently at least shooting at 3 will result in further waves of drones per forum thread
Oh I used kinetic missiles (Scourge)for the most part against the towers and em against the drones (thunderbolt). I used acolyte drones

Your setup is strange. Why are you using cap rechargers and a nos? Did you just fit them for this mission?
Heavy missiles should reach the towers with 3s in the relevant missile skills, so perhaps you are undertrained but with HML2s that seems unlikely.
Anyway, my advice is to forget about cap mods and forget about cap. You don't really need it here. Fit some shield extenders, put that shield power relay back on and throw on more ballistic controls to help take out those drones quicker. The towers do negligible damage and can be saved for last.
Oh, and I second the advice about using kinetic for the towers and EM missiles for the drones.

It's alright to run out of cap on a passive tanked Drake! The following setup works well under zero cap condition:
7 HML
3 LSE
3 passive amp
1-2 BCS
2-3 SPR
3 CDFP

New Frontiers is a waste of time after the first mission. 1/7 at level 3 gives me like a 2.6% standing gain to corp. After that, it's all down hill 'til the last one, and, as noted, 2/7 & 5/7 are pretty annoying.
If you don't mind mining the Arisite with a single utility slot mining laser, do the first one. After that, bail out.
Neut towers are the most imbalanced thing CCP has done yet with PVE. As if Caldari's already stacked disribution of high quality, high sec agents wasn't enough, Trinity needed a new boost to passive (shield) tanks and shield logistics.
Long live Caldari online!

One way to finish this mission is to stay out of the range of the nos towers, somewhere above 100km distance. Or you use a setup that doesn't need any cap or you use a setup with a insane cap recharge rate. I finished this mission in my active shield tanked laser myrmidon, heh.
