I have a pre-made corporation for sale with the following Faction Standings;
Gallente Federation: 5,38 (set up your POS in any .5 system or lower!)
Minmatar Republic: 5,31 (set up your POS in any .5 system or lower!)

Altho I was under the impression that the standing will drop unless you intend to sell your char to remain CEO as well... So basicly you'd have to put up any new towers before downtime or the standing would drop again. But I could be wrong.

this is how i know how this works:
the current CEO gave the corp bonuses whit standings.
now a new CEO comes and the standing remain.. untill next dt...
so if they exchancge is done just after dt... the new CEO has 24h to put up towers (only towers need standings... other stuff doesnt matter)

OK Copr is sold...
The standings change after every downtime... SO you have enough time to set your POS up, and you don't lose your POS if corp standings decrease...

FYI, since the standings have adjusted for the corp, they are now the corps standings, and do not require that the ceo remain in corp in order for the standings to remain. They do however require that any new members of the corp have 0 standings for the factions in question, otherwise they will adjust begining after the first dt.
What this means is that if you buy this corp and have a noob character with zero standings to anybody take it over, the standings will remain indefinatly.
