should work ou at around 2mil / day for fuel in lowsec, im not sure how much extra the things you need for highsec are. The Faction pos'es will save you fuel, but you have to calculate how long it would take to make your cash back on em, lets say ...

not completly true, they boost the underused stuff (such as jump frighters), and nerf the overused stuff, its obvious that they think shield and armor tanking is over used. Looks like hulltanking FTW!
