I've decided to put on my flame ret4rdant anorak and ask the simple question: are CCP going to add some more high quality L4 agents for Caldari Navy that aren't close to Jita, or in lag-tastic systems?
These systems are lagtastic because there's lots of people using them, and that's fair enough. But wouldn't it be a very easy (and cheap!) quick fix to the lag problem if there were more decent L4 agents in more systems for us PVE noobs who just want to do mission running for the time being? Then these systems would be less crowded, us mission runners would stop whining like teenage girls, and I'd be able to play EVE whenever I wanted, rather than at non-peak times.
Thoughts? Flames? Reasons? Excuses? Go ahead.

Far from flaming, I want to maybe help you a little.
I did many lvl 4 mission, and found the Caldari Navy and Federation Navy got far too busy, and was also fed up of the lag. I too couldn't fathom why the simple answer of spreading the agents out escaped the devs.
Then, I had an epiphony (sp).
There are other corps out there, off the beaten track as it were, that have high lvl agents in other areas and are not as "popular". Go to the LVL4 channel in game, and speak to people, there's a lot of useful info there.
Me? I went to Spacelane Patrol. Seems ok so far!

Just a theorie:
The systems are not laggy because of their name but because there are high level agents? So just spawning some more would just lead to another laggy system?
Where is the desu-sig guy with the jita-sig when i need him? :D
Petition: lvl 4 only in lowsec so there is not that much lag in highsec and i can mine alone.

switch corps its not difficult, especially after running l4's for a while your caldari state and amarr standings will be high.
However i would agree with moving l4's to low sec.
