Just add a mechanic so a ship can not disappear when there are other PLAYERS on grid with it. So it will try to warp off but if tackled it is doomed. If you have a disconnect while ratting: No prob because there is no other player even if you are ...

Most of the time there is more then one agent in these stations. So just take 4 missions if one gets popped finish the other 3. Decline the popped cash for the other 3. Standing saved. If not: LvL3. They really dont care because they do it all day...

I dont think they can beat the carrier whinage going on. Except we find someone who bought his torps and his 3 torp using characters with GTC and RLM. Most of them will adapt and use cruise and thats it.

You cant make you arties to shortrange weapons just because you are loading EMP M into it. Tracking is still to low. And you cant make your AC longrange because you load carbonized lead M into them. Whats the range on them? 8km + falloff? And DPS...
