nice char but i think that is a little expensive for the skill points its about 1bil per 10mil skill points. I am very interested and would offer 3bil for it. If you are interested please convo me.

I think you'd find it that its a specialized character and at 3B it would put it at 130M per 1M SP that is quite below average.
