Ive decided to do my own lotto for a drake because well you can never have to many drakes
tickets are 500k each and there are 80 tickets. the winner will be picked using a random number generator linky as soon as all the tickets have been bought. Please send your ticket money to my alt ice destroyer. If all the tickets have not been bought after a 3 day period the tickets will be refunded.

That's a pretty bad random number generator to use, seeing as you can just write in the winning number. So, it's far too easily rigged, unless you are going to Fraps the whole thing.

ok changed the generator and changed the tickets 2 40 at 1 mil a peace

i will try to get it to the persons region of choice since i can fly the drske myself
but if its in 00 im not taking it there (btw atm its in jita so the forge or lonetrek will prolly b easiest
also extending the lottery till all the tickets r bought
