They're the same thing. On the test server it's just turned up to eleven. The difference is that on the test server they serve a purpose: testing. On TQ they are pointless and prove nothing. If any 1v1 was fair they'd end in stalemate, regardless of what server it's on, the fact is there is no such thing as 'fair' in PvP. People who claim a fight was fair either won or are very humble individuals who understand humility and being a good loser.

on TQ it proves you have better skills, better realistic setup, and better tactics. it is not unfair if someone beats you using the above. dunno, maybe we just have different opinions of the word 'fair'.

TQ, arranged 1vs1 are pointless. Anyone wanting to 1vs1 you has something up their sleeve. Either lame friends coming to help or the most uberest setup you've ever seen.
Only 1vs1 you should be doing is the ones that just happen.

That's why whenever 1v1, you get your carrier friends ready so that when the bad apple appears you can warp in your 6 carrier friends to cause horrible lag + free easy targets.
