Pretty sure this character is not worth that... I would start with a 2.5 buyout.. Maybe someone will bite. If you want I can give you the reasons why I think 3.5 bil is WAYYY overpriced.
Also you may want to change your first post. It smells like a selling scam... Can train Dread in no-time. I think you need to look at the prereqs for that again.
You need battleship V and Advanced spaceship command V amongst other things..
