Do these people respond to mails at all or should I just expect the order to be as messed up as it can be?

I have no direct experience with the Eve Store, but from what I have learned from those that have. The store is terrible at responding to their mails, most often it seems they dont respond at all.
Sadly the solution is normally to pester Wrangler with an email, like the poor boy doesnt have enough on his plate. You can find contact info for Wrangler in his sig line on any post of his here on the forums.

They responded to my emails pretty quickly. It was just unfortunate that they charged my credit card before the goods were shipped (like two months before) then were unable to fullfill the order that I had placed.
So..apart from being completely useless as a shop their customer service seemed okay.

emailed like 2 months before I got a response and the problem isn't going to get solved. sadly their store is probably operated by the same people who handle petitions.

I have nothing but good experiences with the EVE Store, tbh.
Even with a package I ordered right before christmas, that ended up as a total loss when the DHL car was involved in an accident and thus an insurance case, they got back to me within 2 days of me emailing them.
Got new items shipped at no charge of course, and they're in my hands now.
Having said that, DHL suck sweaty donkey-b***s for not even letting me now that something happened to my package until I started pestering them by phone AND mail....
