This is not a flame topic, if you want to flame then look in the mirror and you'll have plenty to flame about.
When I first got a glance at the Trinity Premium Graphics I was awe-struck at how cool it looked, not to forget how awesome EVE could end up looking when celestial objects (e.g. planets, asteroids, moons) also get a nice improvement. Add the fact that my comp can easily run it and you got a nice package.
However, ever since I turned them off, EVE crashes on a regular basis, I mine and trade alot and thus getting crashed to desktop can be very annoying and it can fubar a mining mission (if there is one worth doing).
Don't get me wrong CCP, I do love the graphics themselves, truly an awesome job, but for whatever reason Trinity Premium Graphics is just unplayable for me, I get crashed to desktop on an hourly basis if not worse, particularly irritating if it happens while mining.
As such I turned them off and since I did I haven't had a single crash, so that makes me conclude that somewhere in the Trinity Premium Graphics there is a serious instability issue, forcing to abandon the awesome looking stations and ships for playability.
Everytime its the same thing, 'ExEfile.exe has encoutered an error'
Please CCP, try and find what is causing this, it would be murder if this were to remain (or re-occur) when planets and such also get a graphics update.

Well, probably they can't reproduce the crashes on their computers. My client for example does not crash. Ever. Let me guess: You have an ATI graphics card.

Are you using a mainboard with Nvidia chipset? If yes then you have to install the nforce driver before installing the graphics driver.

Why do you say ATI graphics card when a majority of the problems people are reporting seem to be with Nvidia cards.
I have never had the client crash on me ever, and I use an ATI crossfire setup.

I am having a similar issue, here. Well to be honest i am having two issues with the new graphics, the first is when i have them activated i cannot see any space/station, the background is simply black... i can see anything like the character sheet etc fine however.
However when i have been looking for a solution to the problem, my eve has crashed on me several times. Does anyone have a solution?

Try renaming or deleting the cache and settings folder. Make sure you have an up to date directx version: Linkage If this doesn't solve the problem then try a different graphics driver version.
