Firstly I would just like to state that this is not an official CVA statement although I am sure that many in the CVA will share my sentiments.
Just over a month ago the Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA) and our Holder friends in Providence came under heavy attack by the heretical Triumvirate alliance.
Triumvirate, one of the foremost powers in the Northern Region of the galaxy, posed a significant threat to both the CVA and 'Operation Deliverance' (our long term plan to develop Providence as an extension of the Amarrian Empire).
There is no doubt that the Triumvirate heretics caused us substantial problems. Their occupation of Misaba coincided with spatial distortions that convulsed all of known space effectively crippling our transportation and logistics networks. Triumvirate's huge and speedy fleets wreaked havoc on the region particularly on those neutral pilots who normally ply their trade under the protective umbrella of CVA forces.
Despite this CVA and our friends struck back time and time again often utilising the guerilla tactics advocated and implemented by the terrorists and anarchists in Ushra'Khan and Star Fraction. Over time Triumvirate's losses mounted, as did their frustration at the CVA's tactics.
Determined to force us into a pitched battle Triumvirate attacked XR not only threatening to capture our first ever Outpost but also putting our HQ system at risk. It was only with the help of our allies that this initial attack was thwarted successfully with heavy losses on both sides.
A few weeks later Triumvirate tried again, assaulting the system with a force of 160 pilots, damaging the system's cynojammer and putting three of our POS into reinforced. Once again our friends and allies sacrificed much of their valuable time to assist us in the defence of this key system.
To gain the strategic advantage we decided to form up a fleet early in order to secure the system. This meant that both CVA and friends spent over 8 hours in fleet on the critical night. Around 190 Amarr loyalists and Providence residents defended the system against a Triumvirate fleet of 160, successfully beating off an attack on CVA's cynojammer POS (albeit with the aid of further spatial distortions which severely affected all combatants in the system).
Personally I would like to thank everyone that committed time and energy to this defense against these heathen attackers.
Amongst others the contribution of Sylph, Paxton, Sev3rance, PIE Inc, Vigilia Valeria, Aegis Militia, Liberta Fidalis, IAC and CAIN was notable, but many other Providence corps and individuals (too numerous to name) also played an integral part in the defence and I salute them all...
This was the third successful defence of the XR system and it clearly demonstrated to the heretics and heathens the CVA's (and allies) undimished resolve to build a safe, prosperous And civilized Providence reflecting the glory of our Holy Amarrian Empire.
Triumvirate have returned to the North where no doubt they will prosper. Their combat capabilities are signifcant and their pilots are capable. Indeed I would even go as far to say that I respect many of their individual pilots and would welcome them in the CVA if they saw fit to lay aside their heresy, claim forgiveness for their sins and dedicate themselves to Amarrian causes.
I have no doubt that we will face more challenges in the future as we have earned the emnity of many who wish to see anarchy reign and Amarr fall. But I am confident that if we stay true to our allies, loyal to our friends and committed to our policies then we shall emerge triumphant.
Hopefully one day the Minmatar terrorists will realise that we work only for their betterment and enhancement and the anarchists will finally appreciate the simple beauty and effectiveness of the Amarrian system. We can dream I suppose!

I would also like to thank all Amarrians loyalists and Providence/Domain residents who came to help us. To all of them, my gratitude...
... and to those few that died to allied fire in front of our bugged poses, i just want to apologize. As a POS gunner I (and my corpmates too) tried everything we could think of to stop that madness, but it was just impossible.
The pain of seeing friend ships destroyed by the power of our own lasers was really unbearable. Perhaps God was punishing us for any past sins...
I just hope this suffering was enough, that God is pleased with our victory and I have never to see again our guns attacking our beloved friends and allies through my own tears.

My biggest thanks go out to the TRI combat pilots and leadership for pushing me and my friends in the Amarrian Paradise that is Providence even closer together. The effect TRI presence had in the region was significant but to me everything there was to be won by the united Providence was won and again I thank TRI for that.
I would like to congratulate those on friendly terms with CVA for a job well done in the last few weeks and hope to see many more heroic efforts with you all in the future. Paxton, Severance, Vigila Valeria, Aegis Milita, Libertas Fidelitas, Sylph, PIE, CAIN and IAC I thank you all for your help and a great success!

As an Alliance we strike back at those that wish to do us harm, to date, none have struck as hard as Triumvirate have.
8 hours is no small sacrifice, whether you are defending what is yours, aiding an ally against a mutual foe, or testing your prowess in battle. Those that fought with us then, both good and bad, have my utmost respect.
