Not really, but got your attention.
This is to give notice to all Market Forum griefers that the prices of interceptors is about to rise due to the extreme scarcity of certain components. So stop your whinings and you "But I got my Taranis for an apple core on a piece of string so why should I pay you eight mil for a ship" posts because, truthfully, us ship manufacturers don't really care.
Live with it.

Ruffio has hit the nail on the head. The more BPs which are released, the higher the demand for Tech 2 components. At some point, every component will be required for another highly sought after Tech 2 item. This will lead to price inflation across the board. Seeing as Interceptors are the most component intensive Tech 2 item out there every little increase in component price will dramatically effect their manufacturing cost.
Some corporations are already paying 40-50k for certain components and the price is likely to rise. If this trend is mirrored across the board then within a few weeks the basic cost of manufacture of an interceptor will be over 7 mil as the market price rises to meet demand.
Personally, I do not own an interceptor BP so the threats of those who have taken umbrage with this public service announcement are futile. However, their ire does not change the simple fact that those of you who are complaining about the various interceptor prices right now are due for an aneurism in the very near future.

Here's a thought. If CCP have any braisn they'll release the component BPs as part of the Tech 2 BP release. Now that WOULD be interesting.

Thank you Ygdrassil and Xanadu for jumping on this thread to promote your own wares. But the purpose was to state that prices would be rocketing in the near future, not make statements as to what people are charging today.
So, would either of your fine corporations like to stand up, right now, and please state for the record that you are keeping your prices at this current level for a fixed length of time, say, three months?

Well they need to do something to make more people do agent missions cos the current batch of agent runners are getting bored to tears.
