I just picked up a kronos the other night and I am fiting it now... about to buy my rigs... are CCC's even required on this ship since the cap recharge time is so fast to begin with?
I am thinking either 1 ccc and 1 nano pump... or just 2 nano pumps. But with the marauder skill bonus of armor rep on this ship im not even sure nano pump is needed. Maybe i could get dmg boosting rigs instead.
I do have Squire cc8 and cr8 .. also using zet 4000 and zet 5000....and lev 5 max skills on everything relevant to this ship (except for marauder skill).... also i am goin the 4x 425mm t2 rails route also.
Without 2 CCC rigs you can't perma run 1 LAR, unless you gimp your dps and fit 1-2 CPR instead of magstabs. Or you could run your tank on cap charges. About the armor rigs being needed... with a faction repper it should be able to tank any lvl 4, save for AE bonus room i think, without rep amount/cycle time rigs.
It can almost permarun a large rep, but with a Core X tank, it's really not necessary. I find myself hitting the rep every few minutes and even then I'm repping more damage than I've actually taken - if that makes any sense. 4 Cycles completely reps my armour up to 100% from 0% and takes less than 40 seconds.
If anything is putting the hurts on you to the extent that you would need to permarun the repper, you'll kill them before cap becomes an issue anyway. --------------- FMI is recruiting!

my latest setup.
hi: 4x 425mm T2, 2x tractor beam, 1x salvager
med: 100Mn AB T2 3x cap recharger T2
low: 2x LAR T2 2x T2 hardeners ( rat specific) 1x EANM T2 2x Damage mods
rigs: 1x ccc 1x armor pump
drones: Hammerhead T2 Hobgoblin T2
Can perma-rep ( 1 rep) and fire, never needed to activate the second repairer ( it's there just for emergency situations). Cant perma run both repairers, but as i told it before... i never had to use it ( its fitted there with autorun disabled just to repair 1 time when pressed)
Atm no particular implants are involved.
Some considerations: while i agree that faction reps are cool ( and the cost of the ship itself , give sense to spend for faction gears) i have'nt seen any particular need for them. Probably ill upgrade slowly to faction weapons, ab and damage mods but spend over a billion for a corpum x-type repairer its more a "pimping fun" than a effective need.

Over a bill? I bought a Core X LAR for 300mill like a month ago? Have prices really gone up that much.
If you never use the second LAR why even have it there? Just put something you can use there, like a damage mod or resists or something.
With the rep bonus no idea why anyone would use 2 reppers, as I used one in my mega forever, and I can still do every level 4 without a problem. With one LAR and 3 hardeners. ----------
