So I hear you can warp cloaked in a cov ops. Can you do that with ANY cloaking device (including the level 1 Prototype Cloaking Device) or do you have to use a cov ops cloaking device - which I don't have the skill for? That's because there's a long way back home trough 0.0 and I'd prefer getting my manticore from the empire :P

Nope, Covert Ops Cloaking Devices only - which means only covert ops ships can warp whilst cloaked.

And the Force Recon ships (T2 cruisers), which can also fit the Covert Ops cloaking device.

Only the Covert Ops Cloak can warp while cloaked.
Oh, and that sig pic is going to go bye-bye very soon.

Now is probably the best time to get a Covops Cloak II. I picked up mine for only 8 mil in Heimatar. That's about half of what I remember the Jita price being back in October.
Invention is driving down pretty much all the T2 item prices (which the industry guys and any T2 item purchasers have known for awhile now, but I thought I'd just point it out again for the new guys.) Be advised there was an incident after Trinity's launch where a few industrialists bought out huge quantities of datacores, driving up T2 prices temporarily. This sort of thing may continue to happen periodically.

The maticore is a Stealth Bomber and cant use the Cov-Ops cloak, the Buzzard is the caldari cov-ops.  Sry bud, no cloaky-warpy for you.

Yeah, those shopw that can fit has "96-100% reduction in covert ops cloaking device cpu usage" bonus stated in its description.
p.s. Covert Ops: Cheetah, Anathema, Helios, Buzzard;
Force Recons: Rapier, Pilgrim, Arazu, Falcon;
