yes they do you click on them to activate it then click on a target you want to lock

I specifically tested these about a month ago, finding out that they were busted. Did they fix these things recently?
I would activate the mod, then target a friend. His comp would instantly return lock on me, making it very decidedly that they did not work. Has this changed?

You didn't click on the Passive Targeter, then right click on someone and click Lock, did you?
If you do that, you are doing a normal lock, not a passive lock :)
You HAVE to click on the targeter, then when you get the crosshairs from the targeter just LEFT CLICK on your target to acquire a passive lock. And it works - I've tested it with corpmates.

Trust me, they work.
I've tested them before the fix and after the fix.
Now that they have sorted it all out they have worked like a charm.
